I provide personal therapy and counselling specifically tailored to meet your needs.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Events in one\u2019s personal life and in the world can become very challenging.  Therapy offers a confidential space to explore them.  However, starting therapy and finding the right therapist can feel like a big challenge in itself.    My approach is non-judgemental and relational.  During the first session we can explore some of your concerns and to see if you feel comfortable talking to me.  In the first instance, we can speak over the phone to discuss if you want to set up the first session.    <\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n

I follow the BACP ethical framework and our work together is confidential.  Your personal information, such as your name and address, are held securely according to professional guidelines. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
