I am an integrative counsellor. The core of my work is psychodynamic. I also use techniques from other approaches such as Gestalt, Existential and Cognitive Behavioural therapies. Often, clients and I agree to use CBT techniques to manage symptoms on the one hand while exploring deeper feelings and thinking patterns on the other. The aim is to develop a better awareness of oneself so that issues from the past can be acknowledged and put to rest. At the same time, this awareness can lead to lasting improvements in different areas of life.
